Application Process for Current EPIC Employees: If your application and/or reference information has changed since you were hired by EPIC, please submit updated information along with a letter of application to be considered. If nothing has changed, a letter of application should be sent via email, mail or fax to Shannon Johnson, Human Resources Director. Current EPIC employees may also apply online via Unified Talent if online application is an option for the job you are interested in. Please read the job posting to see if this is an option.

 

Application Process for New Candidates:

For most positions, a completed application may be submitted one of the following ways. Please review the position posting for any additional or different instructions.

 

1.    Online application can be made via Unified Talent/Search Soft. A Unified Talent/Search Soft application must include the general  application information including a working email and phone number along with three references.

        To access Unified Talent/Search Soft, go to https://ats1.searchsoft.net/ats/app_login?COMPANY_ID=00012808 .

 

If you log into Unified Talent/Search Soft and cannot see our job postings, you may need to click on your Location tab and select the Eastern Panhandle Instructional Cooperative (EPIC) as an option. Once you do this, our positions should be available for you to apply. If you are still having trouble, check to see if you have set your preferences for professional and/or service. Based upon those settings, you will only be able to access jobs under the selected category. If you are still unable to apply for our open position via Search Soft, please email Shannon Johnson at sdjohnson@wvesc.org to receive a fillable EPIC application.

 

2.    Hard copy application includes: Fully completed and signed EPIC application and cover letter. The EPIC application can be found in the upper right hand corner of this page.

EPIC is hiring Instructional Interventionists to serve Monongalia County Schools. Successful applicants must hold or be eligible for a WV professional teaching license; those with a valid WV Substitute Teaching permit may be considered. All of these Interventionist positions will remain open until filled or no longer needed.  If you previously applied for another Monongalia County Interventionist position for the 2020-2021 school year and would now like to be considered for an additional location/position, please send an email to Shannon Johnson sdjohnson@wvesc.org indicating which school/position you would like to add to your previous application.
