Berkeley County 3-Year-Old Registration
Berkeley County Head Start will be accepting 3-year-old student applications for the 2026-2027 school year from April 1st thru May 15th ONLY.
- Eligibility requirements include:
- Income (Federal Poverty Guidelines)
- Age (3 years old by June 30, 2026)
- Placements are ranked based on the needs of the child and family.
- 3-year-olds with an IEP will follow a different process.
- The application is available at the link above or may be picked up at the EPIC Office (109 South College Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
- Completed applications, along with income verification, MUST be mailed or dropped off at the EPIC Office (109 South College Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
- EPIC Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8 AM-4 PM.
